Commonly Asked Questions
While each product on our site has its own fulfillment guidelines, typically within 15 minutes of your purchase, we will send you an email with your coupon code or voucher and detailed instructions on how you redeem it on the supplier's website. These emails come from the email address: codeselling@exportfeed.com. If you do not see this email and it has been over 15 minutes, please check your spam and trash folder BEFORE reaching out to our customer service team.
The Club will publish the username and password on your My Account page. You should receive an email letting you know when we have done so. If you do not receive an email and the fulfillment terms have passed, log into your Club Account and scroll down. You will find your subscription information there.
You can login to your Club account from any page on our website. Simply scroll up and view the top of the page. In the right-hand corner, you will see a little person icon. Click on it and you will be prompted to enter your account information OR create an account.
