Refund policies differ for each publisher within the Club catalog. We recommend carefully reviewing the Terms & Conditions section of the product to understand the specific return policies established by each individual publisher.
Your subscription information is available in your Club account. Upon receiving an email notification regarding your subscription status, log in to your account and select the "Manage subscriptions" option to view your order details and subscription information.
To access your account, simply locate the log-in icon situated in the top right corner of our homepage. Clicking on it will redirect you to the log-in page. Alternatively, you can click here for direct access.
- Check your spam or junk folders; our emails might be there. Mark us as "Safe Sender" to receive emails in your inbox.
- Your ISP may be blocking our emails. Contact your ISP to allow "homeschoolbuyerclub.com" emails or use Gmail forwarding.

OUR LOW PRICE GUARANTEE:
If, during the same time you made you made your purchase from the Club , you discover that the same products from the listed publishers are available for a lower price from another authorized seller, we will refund the difference, including shipping and handling, based on these specified terms and conditions.
- The lower price, if applicable, must have been active at the time you made your purchase through the Club.
- This guarantee does not cover products bought at discounted prices during conferences.
- You must provide the Club with a means for independent verification that the lower price was applicable at the time you made your purchase.
- For our Low Price Guarantee to be valid, the price from the alternative seller must adhere to the publisher's pricing policy, which prohibits discounts, excluding conference events. The Club, in accordance with standard agreements, cannot offer products below authorized prices. This guarantee does not apply if a competing seller violates the publisher's pricing policy by offering products below authorized prices.
- Any disputes or confusion about the authorized status of the other seller's price will be resolved by the publisher, who holds the final decision.
- In cases where you paid the Club more than an authorized price from another seller, this guarantee entitles you to the difference. It's determined by what you would have paid, including shipping & handling, for the same purchase from the other seller at the same date and time as your Club purchase.
- Refund applications must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase.
